Trakza (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is an inventory and sales tracking application operated at trakza.net. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Who we are

Trakza is the inventory and sales tracking application available at trakza.net.

Information we collect

• Account information — email address and authentication details when you sign up or sign in (including via Google).
• Business data you enter — inventory, purchases, sales, categories, invoices, partner ledger, and related settings you store in the app.
• Device and session data — a device identifier used for single-device access and push notification delivery.
• Push subscription data — if you enable notifications, browser push endpoint and encryption keys required to send alerts.
• Notification preferences — whether you have opted in to push and/or email alerts.
• Local storage — preferences and cached data stored in your browser on your device.

How we use your information

• Provide, sync, and secure your account and inventory data.
• Send optional notifications (red zone alerts, stock, sign-ins, pending sales) via push and/or email when enabled.
• Enforce single active session per account when you use multiple devices.
• Maintain and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where data is stored

Account and cloud-synced data is stored using Supabase (hosted infrastructure). Email notifications, when enabled, are sent via Resend. Google Sign-In is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy for the sign-in step.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You may delete your account from Account Settings in the app, which permanently removes your account and associated cloud data. Local browser data can be cleared via your browser settings or the app’s data tools.

Security

We use industry-standard practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated access, and row-level security on cloud data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

• Turn push and email notifications on or off in the app.
• Sign out or delete your account at any time.
• Use email/password or Google sign-in — you choose at registration.

Age requirement

Trakza is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the permission and ongoing supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using Trakza, you represent that you meet this requirement — including that any necessary parental or guardian consent has been obtained.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Trakza after changes means you accept the updated policy.
